Emma Stott

Experience –Emma has been a member of our firm in the Actions Against Police Department since September 2020.

Emma began her legal career with a firm specialising in Property Litigation in January 2016, following completion of her degree in Philosophy and Religion.

Emma currently assists with cases involving false arrest and imprisonment, assault and battery, trespass to property, negligence claims and breaches in data protection. Emma enjoys immersing herself in this area of law by keeping up to date with relevant blogs and hopes to strengthen her litigation skills.

Emma hopes to handle files of her own in the near future and is currently studying towards qualifying as a chartered legal executive.

Interests –Outside of the office, Emma enjoys running, yoga, hiking and rock climbing.
