Paralegal – Client Service Team
Experience – Eleanor joined the firm in May 2024. She spent 8 years of her childhood living in France and is fluent in both English and French. Upon her return to the UK, Eleanor attended the University of Chester where she obtained a degree in French. During her studies, she spent some time at the Business University of Lyon, obtaining a certificate in business. She also currently holds a Level 2 certification in business administration.
After completed her degree, Eleanor spent several years working in the customer services industry. Since leaving the customer services industry, she has decided to pursue a career in law.
Day to day, Eleanor is responsible for dealing with enquiries from potential clients seeking our firm’s assistance for civil actions against the police, criminal injuries compensation and data breach & cyber crime claims. Working alongside each of our firm’s dedicated departments, Eleanor is responsible for establishing if our firm can offer our services to potential clients.
Eleanor is also responsible for liaising with our existing clients, answering any queries they may have regarding their on-going claims. She is also responsible for helping solicitors within the firm with general admin duties, assisting them to progress with their cases as quickly as possible.
Interests – In her spare time Eleanor enjoys going to the gym, being outdoors and travelling.
