Solicitor - Actions Against The Police
Experience – Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree from John Moore’s University in Liverpool, and went on to study the Legal Practice Course.
Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in August 2012 and represented clients in personal injury claims for over ten years.
Rebecca made a decision to re-train into a different area of law, pursuing justice for clients who have been mistreated by the Police and other public bodies.
Rebecca is responsible for a variety of actions against the police cases including, false arrest and imprisonment, negligence, assault and battery, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office, data protection breaches, human rights breaches, and trespass to property.
Rebecca has extensive experience in litigated claims. In addition, Rebecca has experience in representing clients at application hearings and infant settlement approvals.
Many clients have commented on Rebecca’s speedy and professional approach and her ability to make the whole process stress-free.
Interests – Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on holiday.
