Vivien Lee

Experience – Vivien’s entire legal career has been dedicated to pursuing justice for her clients who have been mistreated by the police.

Vivien is responsible for a wide variety of actions against the police cases including wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, assault/battery and trespass to the property. She has also represented clients in data protection breaches by Government bodies such as the police, HMCTS and the NHS.

Vivien was the firm’s fourth trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2022. She now aspires to manage her own civil actions against the police team.

Vivien is highly driven and strives to achieve justice for her clients who have been wronged by the police. She is also bilingual (English/Cantonese) and able to work with people from all backgrounds.

Vivien graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Manchester Metropolitan University and went on to study the Legal Practice Course at BPP University.

Interests – Outside of the office, Vivien enjoys being a new mother and spending time with her family and friends.
